Deposits are payable at the commencement of the hire period; additional deposits will be required should the hire period be extended.

Equipment is hired or purchased according to the terms and conditions printed on the reverse of your Hire or Sale document

Monthly trade accounts may be opened. Please ask for an application form on your next visit.

We are members of the HAE which is an organisation recognised throughout the hire industry. The HAE sets standards to assist and benefit you the customer.

On every hire we need identification; only positive forms will be accepted, e.g. driving licence, credit card, cheque card.

Charges commence at the time shown on the Hire Contract Note until the equipment is returned to our premises or collected by our transport.

A delivery and collection service is provide for which there is a charge which we will quote on request.

Hedon Hire can quote for all types of new equipment. Even if it does not appear in our hire catalogue, please ask.

We shall be pleased to quote special rates for long-term hire.

We reserve the right to alter prices shown without prior notice.

The prices listed DO NOT include V.A.T. which is payable on all appropriate hire and sale items, at the current rate.

We can give you a free estimate to repair or service your equipment at a competetive price.
